Moe is quite professional at both helping you sell and buy a home. I have used her multiple times in the last 35 years to help me with both. She also stays in touch with her clients after the sale and treats them like an extended family. I turned the last property I sold over to her as I left for a cruise. She was in the process of cleaning and staging it for me before putting it on the market; when I got a ship to shore call from her. She wanted permission to show it since she had gotten several inquiries about it. She next called my ship to ask if I was interested in an offer that nicely exceeded my planned asking price (which was based on the price my neighbor sold for a month before). I returned from my cruise with my home sold. Moe quickly helped my find a new, larger, beautiful home that fit my criteria, in the area I wanted , and at almost the exact same price.

Dan was very easy to work with on the sale of our house. He is knowledgable and experienced. He was easily able to address our various questions and concerns in a timely manner. He was prompt in returning calls and making sure the schedule was kept on track despite needing to be patient with us due to crazy personal time management and logistical issues on our part, not to mention the challenges of selling in the time of Covid.
