Moe is Awesome!!! Moe helped me buy a house in 2001. She has always liked to do her job more than other realtors. We went around the town together for about a week and saw more than 25 houses. I still remember, she said, she wanted to find house that is a really good fit for us. We lived in that house for 18 years! Now, less than a month ago, I called Moe and asked for help selling our house. She is very fast, and she is faster than when she was in 2001. On the same day, she stopped by my house and called her people to clean up the yards and the house interior then posted the sign on the front yard shortly after. Guess what! We recently just sold our home in the summer of 2019. Tim and Darcy did an amazing job with making things go smoothly throughout the whole process. I highly recommend utilizing Dan Percefull as your next real estate agent. He was very involved throughout the process to make sure all aspects were timely addressed and personally went beyond expectations by being at the home for its valuation and to point out special aspects to the appraiser.
