When we started shopping for our new home, Tim knew every potential pitfall and soil issue on each street we toured. I live in Michigan. My dad needed to sell his house in Lakewood, CO. Working with Tim made the process much easier. Tim went above and beyond his duties as a real estate agent. Tim oversaw some home repairs that needed to be done in order to prepare the home for sale. He contacted local contractors and met with them to make sure everything proceeded smoothly. Tim was always available to answer the many questions I had during this process. Tim managed to negotiate a very fair deal extremely quickly. The house sold and closed within 3 weeks. From day one Andi displayed her experience, expertise, and empathy. She guided us through the sale of our home and never missed a beat. She advertised well. Our sale was very complicated as it was a duplex and the buyer used a 1031 Exchange on the purchase. No problem for Andi. Though I didn’t know her or her father before, I have been aware of Jim Erpelding because for decades I saw SOLD signs on his listings in our neighborhood.
