Judy and Chris were the best realtors I've ever worked with. Knowledgeable and experienced, especially in the Denver, Lakewood, Belmar area. This was a tough sale due to the buyer's market and persistently high bank rates for mortgages. . . real estate prices constantly dropping over the listing period. Judy and Chris held multiple Open Houses and coordinated with other Realtors and agents. They coordinated repairs, staging, cleanings, and kept the place looking good during the listing period as we were out of the country. Complete trust and confidence in this team. I’ve been involved in 18 real estate transactions in my life- both buying and selling and Steve has been our go to guy for all but the first 2. Needless to say, we’ve never looked back! He is genuinely curious about our needs on either side of a transaction, asks thoughtful and thorough questions and collaboratively establishes a plan to move forward. He spends a lot of time and energy assessing and explaining market conditions and factors that influence them. He is creative in his recommendations for improving marketability and is a wonderful resource for tradespeople to use when necessary. He’s conscious of budget constraints and works to help us find solutions when repairs or upgrades are needed. He is really great at marketing and staging! Steve’s personality is upbeat and unfailingly professional- the details are always handled correctly and efficiently. He is just a joy to work with. I can trust that he always has our best interests at heart, and that he will be honest in his opinions and feedback. Our last sale was the toughest transaction we’d ever had due to a really tough economy and local road construction which impacted the neighborhood negatively. Steve kept at it, held a record number of open houses and found a way to keep the listing from going stale over the holidays- no small feat.
