I can't say enough about Chris and Kelly. Not only did they sell my Mom's townhouse in record time (less than 24 hours) they were able to sell it for $65,000 over the asking price! Through the process of listing, selling and closing they were always helpful. My husband and I were on vacation and did the paperwork electronically. Not an easy task for people in their 70's, but Chris and Kelly were able to walk us through it all. I would highly recommend them for any real estate transactions and would definitely use them again.
