We have used Judy for a few years on several deals selling our remodeled homes. Judy and Chris are easy to work with. The honesty and integrity they have is refreshing, even if you don't agree on some things. Judy's knowledge of the market is outstanding. Even when we used her outside her "normal" market, she checked everything and gave spot on pricing for us to list at. I would never hesitate to use her or Chris on buying or selling a home. Homes we listed with her had contracts within the first week and always at or above asking price. Great team!

I have bought and sold a lot of real estate during my life since the 1970's. Of all the realtors I have ever worked with, Tim stands out as sharing the top shelf with very few others. He was absolutely excellent in the planning, preparation, and execution of our property's sales plan. In addition, he was a great resource to turn to regarding referrals for our " to do" list. He was referred to us by our Northern California realtor, another top shelf realtor. After recently selling one or our California properties, I asked them if they could refer me to an " A-Team" realtor in the Lakewood, CO area. They said they have a matrix they use to research top shelf out of area realtors and they would get right on it. Tim was the resulting agent. I highly recommend Tim. He is outstanding - a true A-Teamer.
