Nick is an amazing guy and we couldn't have had a better realtor! Any questions we had he was able to answer and able to explain them to a first time home buyer in a way that was easy to understand. He looked at dozens of properties and we were really picky so his job was not easy but he did great in helping us find our first home. I have known mike for many years and, admittedly, this was one of the reasons I chose to work with him when it was time for me to purchase a home. However, friendship alone would not have been enough in such an important process- the possibilities in home availability and loan options can be quite overwhelming. Mike and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and determined in not only finding the best home for each individual but also in providing guidance, reassurance and understanding throughout what can be a sometimes confusing and frustrating process. Kathy helped us purchase our 3rd home. The 2 other experiences were very stressful and we were not impressed with our realtors at that time. Kathy treated us like a personal friend. She was very patient with how many times we asked her to meet us at the new place to, yet again, take more measurements to help with our planning. She seemed interested in our plans and very genuine in all of our interactions.
