Nick is hands down amazing. He was honest and helpful. We had a difficult time getting the house we wanted, but Nick was there every step of the way to answer questions and clarify things for us as we were first time home buyers. He also had a way of reassuring my hot headed husband that everything was going to work out. We had a couple of snags with the lender and the community (none of it Nick's fault) and my husband was ready to walk away from the whole deal...he was super frustrated with the whole thing. I was recommended to Shanon by a friend and the day after I was given her information I received an email from Shanon asking for all the criteria I was looking for. Shortly after that was compiled and I had a list of at least 10 places or so we started the showing process. After we did our first day of showings there were still some places I wanted to look at on future dates and Shanon was more than happy to make more showings and make sure I was comfortable with what I was looking at! She even tossed in a couple great recommendations having the local knowledge and knowing what I was personally looking for.
