Nick provided professional service all the way through the selling lifecycle. He showed up with comps in hand and noticed that the square footage was larger than what was listed. He measured and increased the square footage which really helped the sell price! Other services include free rental of a moving truck, professional pictures throughout, and highlight postcards placed throughout the home. The house listed on Wednesday, by Sunday there were three offers above asking price. Closing was about a half hour, I would recommend Nick to anyone selling in the area.
