Sandy has been a realtor for many years and was able to help us understand what was going on with the market. Sandy is very positive yet realistic. Sandy did absolutely everything possible to help us sell our house. She went to different meetings, classes and seminars to gain additional information and ideas. Sandy communicated with us constantly letting us know of a possible new plan or idea we could accept or deny. She gave us the facts, yet let us make the decisions; giving us the pros and cons of each. We would use Sandy again in a heartbeat if we were to buy or sell another property. It starts with a comprehensive review of your home to develop the correct selling price, continues with making necessary repairs/updates leading up to the actual marketing of your home, and culminating with negotiating the actual sale of your home. The team will take charge of the various tasks that need to get done to sell your home and they have contacts to insure that all needed repairs/improvements are done in a timely manner and that a quality job is done. The team reviews all work done and will require contractors to fix any deficiencies before payment is required. At all times this team keeps in contact with you as the sell to insure that your needs and desires are met and will offer suggestions and advice when it is needed. There is no aspect of the selling of our home that we felt could be done better.

When we first met Rob, he came well prepared. He had a complete analysis on our property. He had prepared an extensive bound booklet with information that contains property assessment by the county and compared properties that were similar in square footage. Rob took the time to both explain the information and answer our questions. He was very professional and never made us feel that he had limited time with us. Rob was always available to answer our questions and concerns. When we got an offer on are house, Rob made the negotiations seem effortless. We came to an agreement quickly and settled the contract. Rob's whole team saw that everything got done in a timely manner from the inspection to the appraisal. We were highly pleased with Rob and would recommend his agency to anyone.

Crystal helped my husband and me purchase our first family home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly helpful during showings, pointing out details that are often easily overlooked like the age of appliances, the direction the house is positioned, and sharing her general knowledge of the area. She also gave great advice on the offer we should make when we finally found our home which was crucial as there were other offers on the table. One thing I appreciated most was how prompt and responsive she was. Even while on vacation, she took the time to respond quickly and was always transparent if she didn’t have an immediate answer or needed to set expectations around timelines.
