Jared communicated the entire process from start to finish. We were on the market less than a month so everything went quickly and he was there every step of the way. We had to do some work and he has wonderful, skilled contractors that showed up within a day of calling and completed all work. Highly recommend Jared as a man of strong integrity and character. From the beginning Rob was completely thorough in investigating the homes in Highlands Ranch. He presented statistics from our area as well as the south Denver region. He presented both positive and negative aspects of our property and indicated there is a "right buyer" out there. He and his team made it possible to get our home quickly on the market with minimal stress on us. The photos in the listing along with the virtual tour attracted a surprisingly large number of showings particularly because we were selling over Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
