Janna is a true PRO… We have several friends in the business, and probably lost one because of our decision to use Janna. She has been a pure joy to work with on every aspect of our transactions. We sold our house with a discount broker and I was looking for our new house and walked into a house she was holding open that day. I was so impressed I immediately called my wife and told her we need to use Janna to represent us!!! She worked with us on locating a house in Highlands Ranch so our son could attend school there. We told her it would be a four year house. She kept in touch with us all along the way. We then decided to build a house in Castle Rock and she took point through her extensive knowledge on the builder side of the transaction.
