Full stop, amazing experience. We used our own lender and she worked so seamlessly with them while also communicating regularly with all other parties. Carrie is so thoughtful, giving, present, kind, hard working, available, experienced, and so much more. She made us feel like her only clients, which I'm sure isn't the case, she's just that good. Our purchase of a home in Colorado was complicated in that we lived, and still live, over 1,200 miles away. We had to find a new home in a sellers' market and do so during several short visits to Colorado. Jen was very accessible at all times, by phone, text, or email, and she consistently made arrangements to meet our unusual situation. She was very familiar with the area and with the applicable real estate situation, procedures, and documents. She was, and is, always genuinely friendly. We had very particular requirements for a new home. She was patiently understanding when we rejected a number of possible listings. When talking with us, whether in person or by phone, she was always focused on us, willing to spend whatever time was necessary without making us feel like we were imposing. Most important, her website says that she will keep providing support even after a purchase or sale. That is not empty sales talk. We won't be able to move to Colorado for a couple months after our purchase. Well after closing, though, Jen is still working diligently to help us in our transition. We're confident that we can rely on her assurance that she will continue to be available for us if and when we need her. We would most definitely recommend Jen to others.

Kristen exceeded my vision of what a realtor can be. She was extremely professional, personable, and I know she held our best interest in the highest regard. Sara is fantastic! She’s extremely knowledgeable, worked hard to understand what we were looking for and helped us find great houses that weren’t obvious options. In addition, she worked tirelessly, trying to get through a tough contract with a very difficult seller, and supported us and communicated everything that was going on. She worked hard to make sure that our inspection objections got the best responses possible, and helped us stay realistic about what we should even ask for. Nick was extremely helpful in the 8 months it took to find the exact house we were looking for. He was able to get us into every showing we wanted to even if he wasn't able to make it and made the entire house shopping experience fun and stress free. When it came to putting in offers, comps and all the nitty gritty Nick was knowledgeable on neighborhood pricing, what to put in as an offer and was good at deal making when it needed to happen.
