He is a phenomenal resource and his dedication to help us find a home was above and beyond - he is top notch! Anybody looking for a home should work with Dane. You will get the best of the best and because he is trustworthy, always know that you are in good hands. We flew to Denver and had literally 3 days to find a home. We ended up visiting a total of 13- 15 houses in one day. Dane never wavered or shown that he was tired. Dane was always upfront, transparent, and honest. We got the best advice and ended up landing on our home by day 2. That’s true dedication and customer service! I can’t say enough on Dane. Thanks again for all you’ve done for us.

Mike did a great job. He asked appropriate questions of our likes and dislikes, needs and wants, and was able to find options that were appropriate for us. In addition, his extensive experience with homes and construction was very helpful in identifying potential issues and how we could deal with them. When it came to the closing, Mike and his team was very organized and had everything prepared. Our part of the closing went very smoothly.

Mike and his whole team have been incredible to work with on the purchase of our home. He was quick to respond, great at feeling out what we wanted in a home, and diligent in finding the house as well as working with sellers when we did find a home. Mike made the whole process enjoyable, and he's fabulous with negotiations once we were under contract. He knows the southwest Denver so well, and many of the areas in which we looked he had sold multiple properties (sometimes 10 or 20 in a particular neighborhood), so he knew what was worth the price and what was too high for a particular area. We can't say enough how wonderful it was to work with Mike and his team, and we refer him to all of our friends and family. Mike works alongside a fabulous lender, Tara, who was also a pleasure to work with, and she helped us make the loan process seamless (plus she got us a stellar rate). Very happy with our experience with Mike, and we LOVE the home we purchased, but if we ever move again, we'll be calling Mike.
