We interviewed several Realtors before going with Eva, and we're glad we did! We went with her largely because of her extensive knowledge of the southwestern Denver metro area where we had previously lived, and wanted to return to after spending 10 years living in the Cherry Creek/Congress Park area. But her solid ideas to quickly get the house on the market before it became too saturated with competing properties is what convinced us she was the Realtor to go with. Eva and her team provided some staging to accent the property. As a result, we had the under contract 2 days after the listing went live. Eva and her team kept us in the loop as we moved through the steps up to closing. Being from out of state Dana helped us navigate most of the buying process via phone and video calls.
