She was able to ask excellent questions of people we used to fix or replace small or large items to make it an appealing property. She did a lot of research to decide on the price to ask for the home. She worked well with the HOA people and got lots of help from them. Pam worked hard and communicated well with me and the workmen. She knew how to find the people that we needed to do good work and then she worked hard at getting the best price for the work done. Pam was always thinking about how to improve the situation to get my home sold for the best possible price. I would recommend Pam to anyone as their realtor and would use her again myself.
