It was a flawless experience working with Chris! Buying and selling a house can be very overwhelming but Chris was exceptionally knowledgeable about every step of the process. Chris is an excellent negotiator and we felt like he represented us very well. He is practical and very calm under pressure. Chris knows the Meadows Sanctuary and surrounding areas very well. When we sold our house, he priced it, marketed and promoted our house so that it went under contract in 5 days. For the home we purchased, Chris tactfully negotiated a deal amongst neighbors that allowed us to get into our forever home. We are grateful for Chris' patience throughout the whole process.
