Damon was fantastic from beginning to end of my home-buying experience. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He negotiated so well that everyone left happy. I appreciate all the help he gave me, as this is not my area of expertise. I really trusted him and was happy I did.

It was a pleasure working with Damon. He is so knowledgeable about the Denver market and made sure we found the best home for our family. He is honest and truly cared that we made a good investment in our home purchase. He never tried to push us into buying a house just to make a sale. We were relocating back to Denver and he was always accommodating to work with our schedule. I would highly recommend Damon and his team to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Denver market.

My experience with Debby exceeded my expectations. She is very knowledgeable and knew what we needed to do to sell our home. Debby is woman of integrity. I found her refreshing. She answered all of our calls and questions immediately without fail. She always told us what was happening and we never had to wonder. She was in our corner from the first phone call. Thank you Debby! You're the Best!

I would have given a higher star on the negotiations skills if I could. Debby worked very hard to get the most out of my house and made it a quick and easy process. Highly recommend for anyone in the front range.

Dane was a great realtor to work with. He knew what he was doing. Dane had a vision of what needed to be done to get my house ready to be on the market. We did that and got even more out of the house than expected. I trusted Dane the entire time to take good care of me during the process.

Kristi was wonderful to work with. From the very moment we contacted her, she was on top of everything and helped us navigate through this crazy market. Highly recommended.

My family and I recently moved from Florida to Colorado, at times an overwhelming journey. Having Damon in our corner, representing us, was a great relief. He got to know us - our taste and style - and because of his genuine interest in finding the right home for us we were able to find the right home for our family in one of the most competitive housing markets in the US. Damon became our advocate and friend. He's a community player and is well networked. After moving into our new home Damon was able to recommend reliable and honest contractors. Christine is a member of his small team and is also a pleasure to work with. We were in good hands with them as our representatives.

Damon is a professional and his past experience as one of Colorado's leading appraisers really helped us get full bang for our buck. Damon is also equipped with an incredible support staff which is equally as valuable. When we listed our home, the market was difficult to read. understanding this, Damon and his team went above and beyond by creating custom marketing tactics and our home was under contract shortly thereafter. We highly recommend Damon Chavez.

Michele is a rockstar realtor! So helpful and always available to answer questions, show us properties, and refer knowledgeable experts as needed. She is so dedicated to her current and past clients. Love working with her!
Michele Gwin
Michele is a top-tier realtor! Her marketing strategy was spot-on and paid off in our home getting 15 offers in 32 hours and 30K above our asking price! Her work ethic is above reproach and even while dealing with a family emergency, she was still on top of our home going on the market that day with an open house the next day. Her team is just as remarkable from her photographer taking professional photos to the high-quality open house brochure and her assistant working to keep all the paperwork completed. To say we have been satisfied with Michele is more than an understatement and we’ll continue to recommend her to anyone we know who plans to sell or buy a home.
