We were re-locating from out of state, when we discovered Chris Plant. To help us find a home, he immediately asked us to describe to him what we were looking for in a home-every detail was explored such as bedrooms, living space, number of bathrooms, and garage spaces. He was deliberate in getting to know our family and the fact that we had school-aged children. His knowledge of every neighborhood was instrumental in helping us find one in which the school district was highly rated. The Market in the area was moving very fast and Chris made himself available to show us a number of homes on the same day. He also shared his expertise in helping us to evaluate each home and pointing out things that would either help us get value out of it if we were ever to sell, or things that would limit our ability to sell it at a later date. The most important attribute of Chris for us was his patience. We worked with him for almost 6 months and never did his efforts waiver. He also never pressured us to buy a home until we were ready and had really found the one we liked. I would recommend Chris Plant to anyone who is wanting to buy a home or who wants to sell a home. One of the best experiences with a real estate agent that we have ever had!

We contacted Chris originally due to seeing his other prior listings in the area, and liked the way properties were presented. His listings also seemed to sell rather quickly and that was important in our situation. Our house actually listed for somewhat more than we had anticipated and then sold to the first buyers to look at it. Very helpful after that point was the fact that Chris was there with suggestions for any services needed to complete the sales process, such as contractors for minor repairs, etc. In case of anything required to make the sale as simple as possible, he would show up when needed or make the contacts necessary.

Chris was most helpful to us when we decided to put our home on the market. We thought putting our home up for sale in the Fall of the year was not a very good time and, that we might have to wait until the following Spring for it to sell. We were considering a price somewhat lower than Chris suggested. His knowledge of the market was right on target. Not only did our home sell in the Fall, it sold the first day it was on the market, for our asking price. The first people who looked at our home, bought it.
