Tina was awesome. She answered all my questions timely and with great patience. some of my questions were dumb. Tina has great knowledge about real estate,ie what my house should be listed for and recommendations on how to enhance sale. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about working with David Simonson to buy and sell our home. It was by far the fastest and easiest time we’ve ever had and it’s all down to David. He listens, he’s responsive, he’s super knowledgeable, and he gets the job done. From first meeting to closing on our new home was about a month. When we had a few things break right after moving in, David didn’t abandon us to figure it out. He was there every steps of the way and helped us find solutions, people to help, and he got the job done. He and Krista are both just great people to work with. I would recommend them to any family and friends looking to buy or sell!!! 5/5 stars totally recommend!!

My wife and I were in a high stress situation. We were moving to the Denver area from out of state—and had less than a week to find the right house! Glenda went above and beyond to help us find a new build in a charming development that checked all the boxes. We also had confidence the price was right thanks to her knowledge of the market. She gave us great advice through the buying/financing process, recommended a great moving company—and when we were still out of town during the walk thru of the new house, she even stepped in for us, taking notes and videos of the property.
