Jenny did everything in a very professional manner. It started with very short notice and in less than 24 hrs., she had prepared a booklet with comparables, etc. so that we were able to determine the price to list my home. Then she did a fabulous job in "staging' the home (I stayed out of the way). There were 19 scheduled showings on the first day, of which one of them did become the buyer. She knows her duties as a realtor and I highly recommend her.
