Tina is a terrific real estate agent with deep experience and solid knowledge of the local market. But she's more than that. My relationship with Tina began a number of years ago when she provided a Date of Death valuation for the house when my wife passed. When it was time to sell the house, Tina was the natural choice for an agent. Her professional knowledge, skills, and contacts simplified and accelerated transitioning the house from a rental property to a single family house. Her nimble actions resulted in the house hitting the market early in the prime Spring and Early Summer period. The house sold quickly at a fair price. Tina handled all the details while keeping me informed of every step, right up through the closing. As I mentioned, Tina is a terrific real estate agent.
