Like anyone selling a home, I wanted to get as much money as I could for it. When our neighbor's house sold for less than we expected, we were worried about how much we could get for our house. With Al's advice and help, our house looked good enough to get an offer on the first day. And then a second offer. He negotiated with the agents and got us an even BETTER offer. We ended up getting about 3% more than we were asking, which we were NOT expecting at all, given the market conditions and the sale of our neighbor's house.
