This was a big decision and a bit of a daunting process, as we were looking up in the foothills where septic and wells are a thing, internet can be hit or miss, property can be of varying quality, etc. We didn't know where to start, but wanted someone with knowledge of mountain properties. We found Al through a glowing recommendation from a friend, and with Al's 30+ years of realty experience in the Denver area, including plenty of work up in the hills, we trusted Al and Sandie to help us out. During the search, Al provided us with things to look out for, was quick to get information from sellers' agents, and kept us very up-to-date on what was coming onto the market. Once we found the house, Al was right there with us every step of the way in the process, keeping us on schedule, and helping us negotiate with the seller. Like I said, this whole process was not simple, and every step of the way I was worried something was going to go off the rails, but Al kept the train on the tracks and dealt with our neuroses during the house-buying process. He was always responsive when I had concerns or questions, and when issues arose, he was on top of them immediately. While we were waiting to close, my parents were in town and I wanted to show them the house. Al took the time out of his Saturday to drive up and show them around the house! The friend who recommended Al had purchased in the heart of Denver, and after our experience, I can confidently say that Al can help find a house anywhere from urban Denver to the rural foothills communities and everything in between.
