We had the problem as many do. You hire a realtor, they take some skewed photos and post a listing. And then it’s crickets. After having this experience with a past realtor, we were left dead in the water. Our listing went stale and we were without hope. Seeing as the last realtor was a personal recommendation we were even more lost. Then we found Jim. And let me tell you, he is the type of realtor you want. He stepped in, and proved why he is in the highest eschelon of realtors! He was quick, determined and got the job done.
