I needed to sell my mother's home, an older, non-updated home in a trendy neighborhood. After finding that another realtor whose experience was primarily in selling to individual homebuyers suggested a list price I thought was very low, I turned to Steffen. His greater understanding of the investor market was just what I needed; he suggested a list price 50% higher than the other realtor had, and the house sold in two days at a price higher than the list.
