Sandi was referred to us by a friend. We had interviewed several candidates. Then later we interviewed more candidates. Sandi was in the second group we interviewed. It was obvious that she the best realtor that we interviewed. From the day we signed with her, she was actively trying to find us a home. Whenever she was out of town, she was available by phone or text. When she was out of the country, she provided another realtor to cover for her and that realtor was friendly, and available. My husband and I are very particular people who strive for excellence in our own lives. We prefer to work with others that also have that mantra. No one can be perfect, But we can all work toward excellence. Sandi met and exceeded all our expectations. Ben helped my fiancé and me buy our first home together and we cannot appreciate our praise towards Ben enough. I had an exceptional experience using Juhi. She helped me not only find my dream house in a very short amount of time, but then sell my existing house at a nice profit. She was very responsive to every task and detail of the sale, explaining what I needed to know in order to make the best decisions.
