Gary is top notch and the reason we got our first home in this crazy Colorado market. Before we met Gary we had been looking for 6 months with a different realtor who made every part of first time homebuying as stressful as possible. They made us doubt ourselves, our income, even as far as our personal relationship. Then I was recommended Gary from a Co-worker and we interviewed him, he was very professional and we had no doubt that this experience was gonna be a 100x better and it was. Gary was very Attentive, understanding, flexible, detailed, responsive, and so much more. We submitted many solid offers on houses and would be beat. Gary would remain persistent and positive never once did he doubt that he would find us a house and he persevered! As soon as we showed interest in a property he would call selling agents immediately to get us whatever information would be available to help us consider if we wanted to make an offer.
