I highly recommend Stephanie for any real estate transaction. She is experienced, knowledgeable, fast moving, understanding, and very fun! Stephanie took the time to get to know us and made sure she knew our requirements for the perfect house. My fiancé and I were looking for a house in the mountains for longer than expected, but Stephanie never pressured us to put in an offer unless she thought the house would be a good fit for us. She always did her homework before we went for a showing and either knew the answers to our questions off the top of her head or knew how to get the answers in a timely fashion. Since we were looking for a home in the mountains, there were a lot of other variables we needed to think about compared to a home in the city. Stephanie walked us through everything we needed to be aware of and brought to our attention anything that could be a costly repair in the near future. I am very thankful I had an experienced real estate agent I could trust and rely on to guide us through the process. When we did find our house, Stephanie worked hard and fast to complete all the due diligence necessary to make me feel confident we weren't going to find any surprises after closing. She also coached us through the process of writing a contract and configuring a purchase price that we were comfortable with, yet was still was a strong offer. Stephanie knows all the ins and outs of the business which gave us a competitive advantage against the other buyers and led to our offer being accepted in this crazy market!
