This was our first home purchase. David helped us navigate the market in highly sought-after neighborhoods in Denver (including Park Hill, Mayfair, Montclair, Lowry, Central Park). He was patient and always took the time to listen to what we were looking for, answering our questions, and offering his advice. We looked at the spectrum of houses from those needing complete renovations to those that were move in ready, David helped us understand the pros and cons of each house within our budget. We never felt rushed while we spent hours every weekend looking at homes. David was very responsive to our texts and phone calls when we had additional questions on interested properties. Heather is absolutely amazing at what she does. She fights for her clients and knows when the best deal has been presented. She is willing to show you every house you want to see multiple times and listens closely to what her clients want.
