When I decided to move in June 2021, I had lived in the same place for 27 years. Needless to say the process of selling a home had changed significantly, so I decided that I needed the best real estate agent possible. I interviewed five agents and chose Cindy Bakula-Streeter, which turned out to be the best decision I could have made. I'm not sure I would have survived the process if I hadn't had Cindy's knowledge and advice. She guided me through every step of the process. I never felt rushed into any decision, and Cindy answered all of my questions. She was encouraging and supportive without ever making me feel pressured. She went over all of the complicatad paperwork for the lising and for the closing before I had to sign anything. That way I was confident that I knew what I was signing. Cindy provided timeslines and estimates for all of the listing and closing components. I found that very helpful. Her advice about the actual timing for putting the house on the market and her help going over the offers was invaluable. I would recommend her without hestitation to anyone.

Cindy is a huge reason why I was able to buy my current home. She was able to convince the owners to allow me tour the home even though they had closed off appointments. We only had two hours to make an offer, and she was able to do that also She guided me through the entire inspection and closing proces. She answered every email and text message promptly and with good humor. I always trusted to Cindy to know what to do every time there was a bump in the road. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable real estate agent.

We looked at a number of properties, and her experience was invaluable in helping me avoid the purchase of a house that I wasn't ready to maintain. We found my perfect home during a very busy time for me at work, and Stephanie was incredibly supportive and helpful in making the deal happen while I was traveling out of state! Cindy was a blessing to us as we approached the sale of our home in a very hot market. From preparation, to prospecting, open house, inspection, improvements through to closing she was on top of every detail, professional and rational about obstacles, and supportive as the process went along. In addition, she was a rock star in negotiations of some issues from the seller of the new home arose, she worked with the sellers agent, came up with work arounds and made sure we were content on all aspects. Now over a year in our new home and she continues to check up on us to make sure things are as we hoped and expected. Cindy also helped us find reputable contractors as we embarked on finishing our basement. We are grateful and thankful to have gone through this process with Cindy on our team, she is amazing!

From the first phone contact until closing, she demonstrated the utmost competence and professionalism. She came to our first meeting with a complete market analysis to determine market value in order to establish our sale price. Prior to putting our home on the market, Juhi guided us through house preparation for the web based marketing. Juhi managed a large number of showings over a weekend that produced a significant number of offers. She had prepared a detailed spread sheet of the offers making it very easy for us to compare them and make a decision. From listing to closing Juhi helped us with all the details, answered questions and was our advocate. Juhi’s competence and professionalism, calm manner, positive attitude, work ethic, communication, detail orientation and sense of humor would rate her a 10+ on a 10 scale!
