I am a retired Re Max agent of 35 yrs. I retired 12 yrs ago, I feel that I can truthfully say that Ben delivers. If he tells you something, believe it and listen to his advice. He even watered my plants and got someone to pick up some furniture that I could not take with me. He kept me advised of the number of showings and gave me the feedback from the showing agents. He does not “sugarcoat” any thing. My house sold very quickly to a well qualified buyer. A lot of that was because of his advice getting the home ready to show. He responds very quickly to any type of communication snd does not make you feel like an idiot for not knowing something. Basically he is very honest and he does his homework.

Ben was extremely helpful in the pricing and staging in my house. He made certain promises (staging, showing advertising etc) and kept them. I moved out to another state just before the house went on the market and he checked on the house daily, watered my plants, and made arrangements to dispose of some furniture I could not take. As a former Re Max agent myself, I really appreciated all of the little things he did to make this move easier.

Lori Magazine did an extraordinary job in selling the house. She was an excellent communicator by keeping me updated on the progress of the sale, what she needed from me to keep the process moving, and what her next steps would be. She took an active role in helping me navigate the paperwork to ensure it was correctly completed. In the end, I felt like we were a team as opposed to a client/salesperson relationship. Her experience shined through as she investigated what potential issues with the house (i.e. roof) needed to be explored as we moved it to market. She also had an understanding of the market and what to expect. She was a great resource in providing advice on different methods of dispositioning the items in the house. Lori's performance exceeded my expectations.

I can’t say enough positive about Kyla Tyler. She is absolutely the best! The sale of my property was complicated. The property was a thirty-five-acre ranch with a well, geo-thermal ground heat pump, a horse barn, shop and mineral rights (severed). It was extremely stressful for us. Kyla was by our side every minute. Thanks to Kyla’s expertise and guidance we were under contract in just over 30 days. We had 2 offers at the same time. We were able to have a CASH closing and get the highest price of any similar home in our neighborhood. We started this process almost 1 year ago. We used Kyla’s expertise to improve our home, so it had the best possible showings. She helped find contractors for painting, flooring, deep cleaning and glass repair. She then staged and presented it with aerial views and a fly through the house drone. We ended up selling to an international buyer. I’m convinced that the presentation made this sell. She is true “nit noid” when it comes to the presentation. We used her for the purchase of our new home. She dealt with the builder’s salesperson on our behalf. She was able to get the builder to give us some unexpected concessions. Closing of both houses was done on the same day. One more thing. Being a nervous type of seller Kyla knew just how to calm my nerves. She was always there for text and phone calls. I highly recommend Kyla for all your real estate needs.
