He had several suggestions for items to check that I wouldn’t have otherwise that saved us trouble down the road. I put a lot of thought into choosing my agent to help me buy my first home. After talking to 4 other agents, I decided to go Morgan and I'm so glad I did. She was great throughout the whole process. She was professional, proactive, very responsive, and communicated clearly. Whenever I found a new house I was interested in, she would quickly work to add it any upcoming visits we had. When I finally found the right house, I told her that was the one. She leveraged multiple areas of the offer to beat out four other offers.
