Kim was amazing at getting us started in our home buying process and answering all of our questions with understanding and empathy, despite our lack of knowledge. We did not have a lot of faith before starting that we would find the right place, but Kim worked so hard for us and we closed after just a few months! We did have some difficulties with our lender but we felt very comfortable coming to Kim with our concerns and she quickly smoothed things out.
