We received a very nice mailing piece from Joan, and had seen her “sold” signs in our neighborhood. We had spoken with another agent we had used in the past, but could tell he wasn’t familiar enough with the wonderful uniqueness that is Bell Mountain Ranch. After meeting Joan in person we couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else with the sale of our home. She put us at ease immediately with her knowledge of our area, and friendly professional style. Her suggestions for getting our home ready to sell were spot on. She really has a decorators eye. During the selling process she checked in weekly, and always followed up with us after a showing. Joan gets things done whether helping you deal with a repair issue or a decorating idea. She did special marketing for us, and always had ideas and people to suggest for help when we needed it. I know she cared about us, and not just the sale of our home. I absolutely can’t imagine there is a better agent out there anywhere! We could not be happier. She is the best of the best! I recently started the overwhelming process of looking for a home to purchase for my 15 year son and myself. He came well prepared with comps and suggestions the first day we met him. He is energetic, respectful, and informative. Michael was incredibly helpful in our search for our new home. Michael took the time to get to know us and discover what our needs were regarding what we were looking for in a home. Michael actually discouraged us from purchasing one of the first homes we looked at because he didn't want us to get into the home and be unsatisfied in the future.
