I met Stephanie many years ago at one of her open houses when my mom and I were looking to downsize. There was an instant bond, and my mother (a very good judge of character) knew right then and there that she wanted Stephanie to be our Realtor. Let’s just say life happened and we never got around to the moving process. Fast forward many years later and my mom decided it was time to sell and called Stephanie up to help. She was ready and excited to help us sell. Unfortunately, my mother passed away around the time of this process. As anyone can imagine, this was an extremely difficult time. Stephanie gave us our space but made it known that she would be there to help sell the house whenever the time was right. The right time came and Stephanie put all her magic together and was able to get our house under contract in ONE WEEKEND!! She thoroughly held our hands through every step of the process, made excellent recommendations to help get the house sold, and made absolutely everything seamless and stress-free. She’s a go-getter that doesn’t let anything slip through the cracks and is a wonderful communicator. The thought of selling my deceased mother’s home was daunting, but Stephanie made it one of the most simplest things I’ve ever had to do. I can’t thank her or recommend her enough. I would use her in a heartbeat again if ever needed. Not only is she extremely professional and great in her field, she is a good, honest person that truly cares for her clients.
