Christine is a top of the line realtor. She does all the hard work and makes it easy on the client. We have worked with other realtors and they really don't compare. She shoveled our patio and mopped the floor during showings, and she even went above and beyond and signed a deposit check for us because we had trouble obtaining personal checks. She knew exactly what we needed to do to get top dollar for our house without trying to make us do anything unnecessary. My only complaint about Christine is that she couldn't be our buyer's agent in Arizona!

Juhi helped us buy our first home in a terribly tough market. She was very comfortable to work with, right from the first meeting, and worked really hard to understand what we were looking for in the perfect home. She was happy to show us homes while we were still getting a feel of what we loved and what worked with both of our expectations. We were not in a position to rush to find a home and Juhi worked on our timeline, seeing several homes on some weekends and waiting weeks in a row without a showing because there wasn't anything just right. Finally, Juhi was incredibly prompt to answer any questions we had and to set up showings. She was great at communicating quickly and clearly which was essential in this fast moving market. From the very git-go MS Reynolds saw that I was a down to earth non-professional. She saw that I was caught unawares (being a will executor) and had no experience in the realty business. MS Reynolds, (Casi), tutored me on what we would be doing and what would be expected of me and my siblings. This young lady explained the value of showing the home and presenting it to the public in a favorable manner. She should be commended for her professional knowledge and personal handling of my Mother's estate. On a personal level, MS Reynolds alleviated any fears or anxieties we may have had. I had been dreading the home-buying process but a friend recommended Joan Pratt and her team and she really helped to put me at ease. When we first started, I was unsure of what and where I wanted to buy and she was very helpful in helping me identify the type of home and districts that would be best for me. As we put offers on houses, I was growing impatient and frustrated at the housing market but she was very patient and provided support and encouragement to stay the course.
