This time around as the seller, she gave me realistic expectations throughout, kept me on my timeline, and quickly helped me achieve my closing. Stephanie Fix is the Best! I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to work with Stephanie -- once four years ago when I purchased my first home, and a few months ago when she sold it for me. Buying and/or selling a home can be very stressful, but not with Stephanie! In just one weekend Stephanie sold our home for much more than I could had hoped for. Stephanie made sure that we understood each step of the process of buying and selling. Stephanie is also very knowledgeable on the area and provided great insight there -- both for finding the perfect area to live, and for determining a selling price. She also has an incredible attention to detail -- nothing slips her! Last but not least, she goes well beyond the expectations that you'd have of your realtor -- she went out of her way to help us find reliable and efficient handymen, cleaners, etc., always willing to jump on phone calls, and even offered assistance communicating with our FL realtor when purchasing a home in FL.

Cliff has helped family members in the past with home purchases successfully. I contacted Cliff to assist me in finding the perfect match for my needs in the purchase of a home. Cliff was patient assisting me with the search. Told me what to do to be ready to purchase, assisting me all the way. When we finally found it, Cliff took over and set up everything assisting in the negotiations. Stress level was at a minimum! Thank you Cliff and all your contacts for assisting me.

Cindy was the best agents. She plugged us in to a ton of platforms to look at house and was speeded on setting a showing. We ended up making two offers which Cindy helped point us in the correct direction and to make our offer appealing. She fought hard for us she’s a great negotiator and want us our dream house. Cindy was a true champion in helping us finalize our new home purchase. Throughout all of the ups and downs of looking at home after home Cindy was always there to answer any and all of our questions. Her years of experience were appreciated as she pulled together strong offers for all of the places we bid on, we seemed to constantly be within the top 3 offers for each place. Finally the stars aligned and she helped us pull together a great offer and we finally found our new home! At each step of the process Cindy was responsive, helpful, and a strong advocate for us.
