Taylor is very up to date on the housing market which seems to be changing daily. Chris was tremendous throughout the entire selling and buying experience. He was patient and provided much appreciated advice when things went a bit sideways for us during our journey. Moises and his team are great at what they do. Their experience helped me place the right bid amount for the home I now live in. Not only was he able to help me find the exact home I was asking for after 3 showings, but we closed under asking price, negotiated inspection items, received a $7,000 reduction on closing costs, and closed in 24 days, giving me ample time to plan/move. To say that I would "recommend" Michael would be an understatement.
