We hired Jo as a buyers' agent about a year before we actually found a home. Coming from out of state, we kept watch online, and when we found the right home, we contacted her and she was able to immediately get our inquiry to the listing agent. I needed to sell my house quick, because I already had an offer on another place. Casi helped find the correct price-point, to move it, yet still make a good profit. We did an open house the first week and had two offers. Note, this is a time when rates went up and buying really slowed down. We accepted an offer (for 10K less than asking) but the buyers were sketchy and backed out. I was ready to lower the price by 10K, to move it. Casi thought it would be better, to lower it by $500, just to get back in the front of the listings. We did that on Thursday and had another two offers by Friday, for full price. I accepted one that allowed us to stay rent free in our house for a month, and we closed a couple days ago. I would definitely recommend Casi to anyone.
