Have to thank Steve for the awesome selling of our home in Castle Rock. He was so efficient, went way beyond helping to sell our home and making sure we were his number one priority. Steve always gave us 100%. He is a true expert in our opinion and recommend him highly! Our closing was excellent. Thank you Mr. Charlett, you are a gem

Caterina was friendly, professional and helpful during the two year search for our property. She was knowledgeable about the market and went above and beyond the call of duty. She even answered numerous questions for us several months after the transaction closed!

We feel so fortunate that we found and used Diana as our realtor! She came highly recommended by our lender, who told us he thought we would be a great match, and he was completely right! Diana has superb communication and takes the time to really learn about her clients and what they want and need. We were really nervous about buying in such a competitive market, but Diana was very reassuring. We were out looking at homes within days of being connected. If there was a time Diana was unavailable, her husband and business partner gladly stepped in to show us homes. We put in an offer within a week of beginning our search, and we ended up getting a counteroffer. We were feeling really unsure, and Diana suggested we take one more look in person before committing. Even though it was incredibly last minute and in the evening, she met us at the home and was incredibly reassuring and encouraging when we ultimately decided we wanted to keep looking. And thankfully we did, because shortly after we found THE ONE! Thanks to Diana’s support, we negotiated a good price with closing costs and needed repairs provided by the seller. She also helped us arrange a leaseback with the seller, which I think helped get our offer accepted! The process was much less nerve wracking with Diana’s expertise. When an issue with the house arose just before closing, Diana was on it immediately! Months after closing, she continues to help us negotiate and navigate repairs needed from the seller regarding these later found issues (even though the seller’s agent pretty much told her she’s on her own). Diana has provided recommendations for contractors and other experts, and has provided consultation regarding our legal rights and responsibilities. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Diana enough! If we ever sell or buy again in the area, we will 100% use Diana as our agent!!

Can't tell you how fortunate I feel to have met David - and what a great decision it was to trust him with the sale of my home of almost 25 years. He guided me through the process from start to finish, was generous with his time and resources and offered solid, realistic advice. He was extremely knowledgeable, available, and helpful throughout. A rockstar of a real estate agent, Dave is also a genuinely kind and caring human being whom I now consider my friend.

Diana is a great realtor. She has many years of experience. Her expertise helped us to get our house ready to sell. Diana kept a close eye on the market and as things started to change she helped us get ready faster and sell our property quickly. It is a big process to sell a home and move, but I would highly recommenced Diana. She is a smart, warm professional who really cares about her clients.

Fantastic, professional and friendly service! Cindy thoroughly and thoughtfully explained the full process of selling our home and what to expect in this topsy turvy market. We had a very successful, painless, peaceful experience. We HIGHLY recommend Cindy for all your Real Estate needs.

What I most appreciated about Pete is that he stuck with me through a most difficult pre-sale period that dragged on for 2 years! Once we were finally able to list the property, Pete was on top of every detail, secured an acceptable offer within 10 days, provided expert advice every step of the way and walked me through the closing 4 weeks later. He definitely earned every dime of his commission and then some. I highly recommend Pete and will not hesitate to hire him again. Thanks a million Pete for all you've done for me.
