I was handed the lovely job of being the estate executor responsible to sell a property that was in very poor shape. I’m a single mom, work two jobs, and literally had NO time to deal with all the things needed to put the house into a state where it was sellable. My first realtor was a mess, and I came to Joan overwhelmed, anxious, and completely ignorant on what to do. The prior owner had destroyed all account records associated with the house, so all details had to be “sleuthed” out. I didn’t have the time or energy to deal with this daunting mess. Joan and her group took me in, (and probably wish they hadn’t!) and took care of me from start to finish. They took on the whole project, and all it’s innumerable problems, and dealt with them head on, taking an enormous weight off my shoulders. They went waaay above and beyond what they needed to do. I am SOOO GRATEFUL for them, and the amazing work they did. I would not only highly recommend them, I would say you would be less than intelligent to go with any other realtor!!! He was very it honest about what the prices were caught by what to look for in a place and he started us out with making a list of things we would like in our home. Then sends us a list of places that matched that and took us through each one looking through it with us and advising us what's the best out of our choices. Plus gave ideas to us of how to make updates to the one we finally settled on.

Heather is as responsive as any agent could possibly be. She will do anything at the drop of a dime to show you a property and she is very great at scheduling multiple property viewings in a row. I think we saw 5 houses in about an hour once and they weren’t even necessarily close to each other ,but she scheduled and picked the best route to see them all as quickly and efficiently as possible. She also works very well with other agents as there seemed to always be an open line of communication with the seller.
