From our initial phone conversation and throughout the entire process Caterina made me feel like a priority. Caterina went out of her way to help me get my home sold. I was out of the state for much of the process. She would inform me of small but important details. She would say "we must have the windows professionally cleaned" that may seem silly, but it really does matter. Her attention to detail while overseeing every aspect of the sale was very helpful. She assisted me with coordinating contracted work such as lawn care, and would follow up to make sure it was completed in a timely and professional manner. Not one deadline was missed and all the financial aspects of the transaction were taken care of earlier than the deadlines. I owe many thank-yous to Caterina for a stress free job well done!

In choosing Stephanie, we gained a realtor with significant experience and great confidence. Her confidence helps alleviate the trepidations a seller may have. Stephanie lives in Kensington, and her knowledge of the area is a beautiful asset. The first visit was a meet/greet, walk-thru, and discussing how everything would work. Based on Stephanie's initial assessment, she estimated she could have our home sold in 2 weeks. On the second visit, she brought over all the comparables in the area and how she came up with the listing price. This meeting was very educational and quite a surprise as we learned some language and its meaning, and greatly appreciated. Our goal was to have our home listed by mid-April and sold before Memorial Day. The first and only open house, we had a few showings and offers. Stephanie exemplified power and worked diligently through the entire process. Updates were sent regularly. Stephanie is always up to date with the latest technology and sends documents with clear instructions. When our house went under contract, Stephanie scheduled a meeting to explain what each date deadline meant. She answered all of our questions and did extra work with the HOA. We did everything with eSignature. Selling a home is hard work and stressful. Stephanie has fantastic capabilities, and she uses them. Our closing took place the week before Memorial Day. To wrap everything up, Stephanie has great exuberance, knowledge, and professionalism. Stephanie easily exceeded our expectations, as we feel she went above and beyond in getting our house on the market and sold.

I can not recommend Cliff enough if you are buying or selling a house. What started off as what seemed to be a fairly easy sale of my parents house, turned into one hurtle after another. Cliff not only stuck with me, but really went out of his way to make it as easy as possible. We have used Cliff every time we have bought or sold real-estate and there is no one I'd trust more!
