I agree that Kristine is the best! She helped us buy our house in 2009, after 2 years of on-again, off-again looking. Kristine was beyond patient with us and extremely responsive to our preferences and requests. She ended up finding us a home in a neighborhood we never thought we could afford. She also helped us with finding a mortgage that fit our needs, which wasn't easy. Since 2009, she's become a friend in addition to our amazing realtor. Luke is by far the best broker we have ever dealt with. He is very knowledgeable about the local Denver market, responsive at all hours, and very honest. My brother originally used him when he moved to Denver (which is how we were referred to him) and we couldn't be more grateful. Luke genuinely cares about finding you the right home at the right price and never pushed a property on us that was mediocre. He went above and beyond on several dimensions during the process and even now after we bought our home he is still showing us that this was not about a sale but rather building a friendship (for example, he drove by our property a few times post closing to check on it while we are still in the process of moving and also went by to pick up our packages for us!). Truly a great experience that we highly recommend to everyone.

When it comes to working with a Real Estate Agent, the experience just doesn't get any better. Kristine is the best of the best. Our situation was a little bit tough. She was prompt in responding to both emails and calls. At closing she helped walk us through each of the important documents. She also referred us to an excellent mortgage broker. Luke did an amazing job helping us navigate the NE Denver investment property market. He was proactive and patient and, ultimately, we found the perfect triplex for our budget on a great block. It wasn't easy! At various points in our 5-month engagement with Luke, we encountered several competing bid situations (3 of which we prevailed on!), failed inspections, squatters, and a seller that wanted to back out. I'd highly recommend working with Luke.
