Shelley and her team (Pam, Alex) made buying and selling a complete breeze at a time when our Denver market has gone totally crazy! First off, her knowledge and experience in Denver's neighborhoods and schools can't be beat. She helped us talk through our criteria and narrowed down our search areas pretty instantly, which is impressive considering how much we had hemmed and hawed before calling her. She even responded to an email I sent on Christmas Day and took us on a tour the next morning, which was above and beyond what I expected. When it was time to negotiate terms with the seller, we got everything we asked for and then some - again, impressive considering the market. And I felt confident that they walked us through all the due diligence we needed to feel comfortable buying a 100+ year old historic home. Even after the sale, we have called them for ideas or referrals to contractors, landscapers, etc, and they have always been responsive. Pam even took the time to come over and talk to me about gardening and landscaping ideas, months after our sales were complete. When we closed on the new home, Shelley instantly came over with a team of people and a strategy for updating, staging, and marketing our old home. The comps in our neighborhood were tricky and we didn't know what to expect, but the buzz she generated about our home was insane. Our neighbors texted us nonstop during the open house saying that they could not believe the number of people hightailing it into the home. 48 hours after the home was officially listed, we had received 10 offers and we closed for more than 10% over asking price. Walked into an open house and was about to do a 360, when I met Kristina. I wasn't ready to buy. I didn't know the neighborhoods, the market, or all that much really. Kristina was patient, and took the time to get to know me. While driving all over the metropolitan area, she showed and educated me about the different neighborhoods. As we narrowed down on what I wanted, she provided detailed market analysis and projections. When I finally decided on a house, there were multiple offers.
