Amanda quickly learned what my preferences were and we were able to view many properties and find one in a good location with the amenities I most wanted. Then Covid 19 hit. In this scary time Amanda was able to negotiate additional time with the seller so I could be certain of my employment Before closing. It was a roller coaster ride but Amanda stayed in touch and kept me informed every step of the way. Together with our mortgage broker we were organized and prepared to close quickly when the time was right. I highly recommend Amanda. Luke helped us navigate buying our first house. He has great knowledge of the Denver area as well as pointing out specific pros/cons of the houses we looked at. He is excellent at communicating with his clients and was always readily available day or night for any questions/concerns we had. Finally he did a fantastic job of navigating a difficult and high stress situation around placing a house offer, and helped us to get the home over another offer. Overall, I would highly recommend Luke if you are buying your first or next home. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients. This was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had! None of my “dream come true” would have ever happened if it weren’t for Amanda. She knew exactly what we needed and wanted. I felt a great bond from the first day! She was always willing to spend a day from one mountain top to the next so find us our dream. It took a few but then we knew we found it!
