Spencer handled all of the details related to our transaction, even when the details didn't involve us directly. He did this so that we could get to our closing on time, which was much appreciated. This included helping the agent on the other side of the transaction and making sure that appraisals were made and directed to the appropriate officials. He stayed in constant communication with everyone involved. Spencer stayed calm and used a good sense of humor that kept us calm and focused. He is by far the best real estage agent we have ever worked with. We've been involved in a number of transactions where folks didn't communicate with us or did very little to help us and represent us. Spencer rocks!

Dave Pratt & the Alan Smith Team represented us in the purchase of our new home in Grant Ranch and then the sale of our former home in Parker between May-Oct. 2022. There was tremendous and fast market change (prices, supply, interest rates, etc.) and they shifted strategy very quickly and effectively. Very responsive and incredibly generous with the practical and useful services they provide to those they represent. They sincerely listened to our personal, financial and emotional goals for these transactions - and made sure to hav those guide the action. With them in the middle of delicate negotiations on our behalf and guiding us through or taking care of the details, we never had to worry. When we did insist on a contract change or other issue, Dave wisely guided us through the issue and the pros/cons of our request to help us make a decision that would put us in the best position to be successful (and not make a mistake). We never doubted they were our agent and working on our behalf. If we wanted to cancel a contract or not stretch as far as the other party wanted us to, we never doubted that our commissioned agent had only our best interest at heart. For example, we could have declined a purchase offer on our home and made it a rental for 1-2 years to wait out the market. We would have been supported in that choice either way.

When we put our home on the market in Thornton, we thought it would sell quickly but the market slowed very rapidly. Crystal had a great photographer take pictures and put it on line but the buyers just didn't show up very fast. She told us to be patient and that the right buyer would come. It took longer than we thought but Crystal helped smooth the way for just that right person. We closed on the home in Colorado the day before closing on the new one in Nebraska. Thank you Crystal!
