I decided to move from California to Colorado suddenly. My son put me in touch with Sandy. She Worked with my son and myself before I even left California. She listened to my wants and needs. As interest rates went up and the amount of down payment went down, she adjusted my needs and wants and showed me many options in the 55+ communities. She helped me narrow down my choices and walked me through the buying process all the way through escrow. She stayed on top of the paperwork and explained anything I wasn't sure of. Sandy went above and beyond with the listing and sale of my Uncle's house. I had to move my Uncle to a memory care facility and Sandy was extremely helpful! Spencer handled all of the details related to our transaction, even when the details didn't involve us directly. He did this so that we could get to our closing on time, which was much appreciated. This included helping the agent on the other side of the transaction and making sure that appraisals were made and directed to the appropriate officials. He stayed in constant communication with everyone involved. Spencer stayed calm and used a good sense of humor that kept us calm and focused. He is by far the best real estage agent we have ever worked with. We've been involved in a number of transactions where folks didn't communicate with us or did very little to help us and represent us. Spencer rocks!
