My house sold in one day due to Crystal’s expertise. She staged my house so it didn’t have extra clutter, which was very appealing to the buyers. Crystal even picked me up and took me to the Title Company for closing since I didn’t know where it was located. I would definitely recommend Crystal, she was outstanding!

Cheryl handled the sale of my home beyond expectations. She had a cleaning crew ready, a contractor that saved me hundreds of dollars in expenses and photographer that was great, as my home was on a golf course and backed to it! A gorgeous view and Cheryl captured it well! Cheryl developed a great relationship with the buyers agent and was able to get me $20K more than l had the home listed for! Working with Spencer and Rhonda in the sale of my mother's home was as pleasant as can be under the circumstances. She had a reverse mortgage so the sale had a few extra hurdles to overcome and needed to have a relatively quick turnaround. Spencer was phenomenal with his professionalism, compassion, and communication throughout the process. His advice regarding the preparation of the home was spot on and his ability to get processes moving when others dragged their feet was a great asset. I particularly appreciated the immediacy of his responses when I would call or email. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others with a home to sell in the Denver metro area.
