Angie is so amazing to work with. It was my first time buying a home and Angie is professional, present, and so knowledgeable. At every step of the way she was there to walk me through things, manage all the different deadlines and hoops to jump through, and was always on top of things. The process felt much easier than it might have otherwise thanks to her. She manages to juggle communication with so many people--lenders, insurance providers, contractors for various things--I felt like I was supported in every way. I will recommend her to anyone I know out here buying a home in the future!

Her market knowledge is excellent and her marketing efforts were ongoing and aggressive with new/fresh ways to market my property while listed. When it came time for us to sell our house, our previous real estate agent, who was retiring, referred us to Deb and gave her a ringing endorsement. Deb spent a considerable amount of time understanding our current home, all of its upgrades, and the neighborhood. Our home was in a smaller subdivision without a lot of inventory, and the nearby neighborhoods that did have inventory were significantly different in terms of square footage, build quality, and price. We were worried that we wouldn't be able to come up with a good listing price because the comps really weren't comparable. Deb managed to get this all figured out for us. Prior to listing, she helped us figure out which updates and repairs we should do in the house to to fetch top dollar.
