Susie is a well-known agent in the Anthem Ranch development who had previously, graciously and promptly provided us with a date of death valuation when my step-dad died and, and later, comps for a property tax dispute (even while on vacation in Europe!). She had been our go-to realtor for some time already before we hired her to sell Mom's house. She knows that area so well, is so well-connected, and is so sharp and on the level that we feel she did a great job for us. She knew how to price the home for best return while ensuring a quick sale. She was also very helpful in connecting us with repair people, tradesmen, and estate sale providers which really helped us prepare the home for sale.
