Cheri facilitated the sale of my deceased brother's property in an extremely professional, efficient and expedient manner. Not only was she working with me and my older brother as co-representatives of the estate, she also was dealing with our 22 year old nephew who had originally hoped to keep the house and live in it with his young family. Throughout the process of preparing the house for sale, Cheri was patient and compassionate dealing with all of us, but especially with our nephew in what was a very difficult time for him. She kept us fully informed throughout the process and was sincere and honest about the realities of the market and what to expect. We received many legitimate offers to choose from due to her expertise and guidance. The house sold in less than a week for much more than we originally expected. As a result, we were able to pass on a significant sum to our nephew as his inheritance. I highly recommend Cheri to anyone and will definitely refer her again and again!

Jim did a great job selling our house. He made recommendations about what items needed to be fixed up before we listed it, how to stage it so it looked it’s best, and knew how to negotiate top dollar for us. He worked with us for about a month before we listed it to make sure our house was ready to go before we listed it. We ran into a few problems along the way. We trusted Jim to give us the right answers. And he did. In the end, we ended up with an excellent price. More importantly, Jim was there every step of the way to help us understand what was going on and advise us on what to do. My wife and I are extremely glad that we picked Jim. He is THE most knowledgeable Real Estate Agent I have ever met.
